Iona is a straight forward yet delicate person who will advise you on the benefit of either buying or selling a house. We enjoyed her help and expertise throughout the process of selling our house.
Giving a bad review is not my style, but since I chose Iona through Zillow's website, I feel that is my obligation to share my experience with her; which is completely opposite of the reviews from this website, which made me to take the wrong decision on having her for my agent, that I regret so deeply. Iona was not completely honesty with me when we signed the contract with her. She is the kind of agent that NEVER shows up at the open house of your own home. I know that some agents work that way, but she only told me this after the open house of my home, when I asked why another agent was there instead of her. If she had told me at first place, I would not take her for my agent. She seems careless, she does not help on staging of your house, she just gives you tips to remove everything and to clean everything. That didn't helped at all. Also, her attitude turned me off and made me feel that she worked for anybody else instead for me. Finally, after almost two months of wasted time and money, I could switched her for an agent that did a great work and found a buyer for my house in less than four days. I do not recommend Iona to anyone.
Iona is an amazing person and the best realtor that you can find. She is definitely on your side every step of the way. When Iona first helped us find a home, she was the one who found the location, and assisted us on the selection of the builder. She is a great negotiator, explains the process in detail, and works really hard to make sure that you are happy with your selection. I highly recommend her.
