Inna was great from the start. I'd tried using a different realtor the year before and he was ok but didn't really have much insight into the properties we would visit. My first weekend out with Inna I found the home I wanted. She was knowledgeable about the area, provide me with her opinion when I had questions, helped me to understand the market better, and ultimately gave me the steps needed to land my first offer ever. She's very responsive with emails and texts. Inna negotiated my contract every step of the way. She got worked on a concession for an old AC unit, worked worn the seller's agent when the property appraised at a lower value, and was great with coordinating the closing. I would certainly recommend her services to any friends or family.
