Extremely Patient, Very Professional, and Very Personable Agent

I met Ingrid Pasco by chance at an open house in Aviara. We interviewed 4 top local Aviara RE agents and I went home and said to my husband I found an agent who would be a better fit for our house and my personality. Ingrid is very professional, very personable, easygoing, upbeat, savvy, smart, and extremely patient. Ingrid was present for every appointment, open houses, showings ( no lock box situation) inspections and always available by phone, text/ email . She was a great negotiator and able to tie up the property we wanted to buy the same day. On the sale side we had 4 offers in 4 days in Nov 2025 and closed in 3 weeks at an over ask price.
