We started our search for a condo on March 18, 2019. We settled on the condo April 26th. We also sold our house and settled May 29th. Ingrid Lochte is a force of nature. She is very personable as well as extremely experienced in her field. She was always looking out for us. If we had a question, she had the answer. When she listed our house, she took 63 pictures, including ariel shots. Within 2 days we had a contract. When we needed work done on our house before settlement, she provided us with a contractor which we were very happy with. We used him to update our condo also.
