She knows the local real estate market really well and also helped us find trustworthy contractors to help us with the house, as we are out of state buyers. Fabulous agent. Had a real tricky situation with the seller but Ingrid was always on top of everything. Communication was excellent. Would work with her again in a heartbeat!
