Ingrid was very easy to work with. She was professional and warm and personable at the same time. Ingrid demonstrated knowledge of the market and listed our home based on her research. The home sold at the recommended asking price with in a few days. Then came the difficult task of finding a house to buy in a short time. She was very patient with me and demonstrated willingness to drive for hours and all day allowing me to view many homes before we found the right one. Every step of the way she was there for me, answering my questions and never becoming impatient. If I could give her more stars I would! I have never had a realtor offer such exceptional service.
