Ingrid is very proactive in contacting us to make sure things were smooth during the home search period and most importantly, the buying process. We were fortunate enough to purchase a new build home in Stapleton and be on top of each stage of the home building process. Ingrid was diligent about moving things forward with KB sales staff about our concerns and issues when KB was slow to respond to us. Ingrid connected us with a great lender. Ingrid did have it pretty easy with little to no negotiation as we purchased our house as a new build that hadn't broken ground yet.

Ingrid is very professional and detail oriented. Due to previously existing insurance problems, this was a difficult and complicated sale. Ingrid was patient and proactive, never losing her cool and and anticipating roadblocks ahead of time. I am very grateful that she guided this sale to a very satisfactory conclusion.
