To my realtor Immacula Paul Thank you so much for showing me the house that is now a home to me and my two children. As a single mom who works night shift at a hospital, trying to find the perfect home with such a not so perfect schedule is not easy. You didn't just find me a house. You took time to get to know me, my children, my work schedule and even my moods in an effort coordinated showings of houses. There were days when I was too tired and ready to give up on the search, but you always called to check up on me and reassured me that even while I rest you're working hard at finding me a home. And when we actually did find the perfect home and certain issues emerged. You were there with me every step of the way making sure that the title company, the lender, and the seller were doing their job and working toward my interest. You didn't just show me a house and write an offer letter. You were there assisting me through the inspection process, the appraisal, and you even went out of your way to correct a title issue. You stood up to the lenders on my behalf to ensured that everything I signed was in my best interest but most of all you made sure that things were not just told to me but explained. Day or night You always took time to answer every single question and phone call. The day that I close you were there with me at the table as a signed off on the biggest investment of my life. We didn't just close on a house that day. We closed on a long journey that was not always smooth, we closed on months of hard work, dedication and a promise fulfilled. We didn't just close on a house you help me open a door that is now my home, my children's home. With my deepest gratitude and respect, Thank you!
