Iman is an absolutely incredible realtor and advocate for any new tenant coming to Miami. Because of COVID, my wife and I were not able to visit any of the apartments prior to arriving in Miami. Iman took the time to travel to every one of the listings we were interested in, sending us detailed video recordings, and video calling us from the units at the time. Her experience in the area was invaluable - despite a listing looking great on pictures, she knew which apartments would receive more noise from the metro mover or rail lines, and knew where large construction projects were planned - something we would not have known from the listing itself. Despite not being able to see any of the apartments in person, we were confident we had made a great choice due to Iman's thorough approach. Iman is a great advocate for her clients as well. We were not getting clear answers from one owner, and she was tireless in making sure we had accurate information on the condition of the apartment. When we finally chose our apartment, she was able to save us $100 per month off the listed rent price despite being in a popular area of Brickell. She was there for our walkthrough and made sure that repairs took place after we moved in. I can't recommend her enough!

She will help you see the good & the bad on each case, and help you make your decision by listening to YOU.
