We were looking to buy our first home and couldn't be more nervous about the whole process. Ilya made us feel comfortable and guided us through the whole process making sure we found what we wanted and answered every question we had. When we finally found the home we wanted Ilya was quick to respond and made the whole process go smooth. Ilya's negotiating skills and experience helped us avoid a potential bad agreement and in return, we were so grateful that he was looking out for us.
