To say that Ilse is a hard worker is true but also an understatement. She was always available to answer questions and was never anything but professional with a huge amount of kindness. Buying a home in the US was a first for me and selling to a Canadian was a first for her. This was made easier because of her excellent work ethic. We both learned some very valuable things that will be helpful if ever I should want to sell and buy again in the US. I will without fail look her as an agent. With the experience she has gained from this she would be an excellent choice to refer Canadian buyers to. The purchase price was fair considering the market, but I’d expected prices to be lower. This is no reflection on Ilse. Just an observation. In all I give her an A+
