Ilona was a great realtor she really went above and beyond for my wife and I. When I say above and beyond I mean she made sure that the house was ready and that anything that needed to be done to the house was done. She was in constant contact with us. I have little experience with buying a property. I assisted in finding properties, but her experience helped narrow down great properties. She was in contact with my daily keeping me informed of the details of the properties that weren't clearly detailed on listings. At time of selection she was with me at every step. Visited all potential properties with me until final selection. Once selected, she negotiated a favorable sale contract on my behalf. Taking care of my needs and even settling the sellers worries when needed. At every turn we were in contact and had prompt communications. Even after closing on the house she has checked in making sure I was well settled in and was not in need of any other answers or minor housing assistance. The entire process was smooth, fast, and very professional. The knowledge she has can only be explained as many years of experience. I could not have asked for a better agent.
