Illana helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent experience

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Illana Cohen for the second time, and once again she exceeded all of my expectations. Illana is the kind of real estate professional who goes far above and beyond for her clients. Her deep knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and commitment to making the entire process smooth and stress-free truly set her apart. What impressed me most was her professionalism combined with genuine care — she is always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer honest advice. Illana made me feel fully supported every step of the way, and I never had to worry about anything being overlooked. Finding and purchasing a home is never a small task, yet Illana managed to make it an enjoyable experience. She is trustworthy, hardworking, and someone I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking to buy or sell property. I also want to highlight her partner, Gennady, who was always there in the field — coordinating inspections, negotiating with the seller, and taking care of countless details behind the scenes. Together, Illana and Gennady make an exceptional team, combining professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you, Illana, for your outstanding dedication and for helping me find the perfect property once again!
