A superb realtor job well done

Illana did an excellent job in marketing and finalizing the sale of our condo. We discussed how to price my home as she pointed our strengths and weaknesses and how to accentuate the strengths and minimize the weaknesses. She had many open houses and was able to sell the home within a six week timeframe. She was very helpful in how to display the condo, i.e. what to take off counters and put in cabinets or rearrange articles of furniture. I would not hesitate to use her in the future if the situation arises or recommend her services to my friends.
