Illana is an extremely intelligent, multilingual, detail oriented, resourceful and professional agent who genuinely cares about her customers. She does an impressive amount of research for any homes you might be interested in and she has all the data points on her finger tips. She listens with total attention and does not hesitate to voice her own opinions where it counts. We gave her a very short notice and sometimes last minute changes but she took everything in stride while ensuring that we were shown not just what we wanted but what we might have missed out on. She is very prompt in answering each and every email/text/phone call. She stays calm and solution oriented even when there are difficulties and issues that arise in a transaction. One never realizes the seamless well coordinated viewings that she manages require coordination between 3 different parties and demonstrate her excellent time management skills.
