Illana is the best! She is a rare realtor who is extremely honest and forthright. I was blown away at the speed with which she kept the showings organized despite our short notice to see multiple homes within a short time frame. Her professional experience and local knowledge along with her charm made the entire experience easy and fun. In all situations, she displayed calm, out of box thinking and her sense of humor helped a lot during negotiations. It is a mystery how she could make me feel like her only client. Prompt replies, multi tasking and last minute changes to contract terms......everything gets done efficiently and she stays on top of all the deadlines with timely reminders. She is absolutely amazing and brilliant!
