Typically, I don't have time to post reviews unless the person is exceptional at what they do and I can honestly say that Iliana is the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, friendly and such a true professional. We were renting a private home and sought to buy our own place. We were downsizing in terms of space and Iliana understood our needs and focused on our specific family unit in every space we viewed. She accommodated us as we balanced our hectic work schedules along with being parents' of two young children. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Iliana. She simply is the best. It was a privilege to be represented by Iliana as we bought our first home and we hope to use her on any future transactions. I have recommended Iliana to our family and friends and will continue to do so!

I found Iliana on Zillow after seeing a listing for a house I was interested in. She called me right away and after a few minutes on the phone she knew exactly what I was looking for. We were traveling out of town and would not be able to meet her for a few weeks, however during that time she secured several viewings for us and made us feel very comfortable. Iliana showed us several houses but never pressured us into feeling like we had to choose one of the houses we viewed. I emailed her constantly with listings and she was able to schedule viewings for all of them. Iliana helped us to find our dream house and was accessible, friendly and professional through the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy !
