Ilene has a vast network of resources she has recommended to us such as home inspectors, attorneys, etc. many of which we have used and been very satisfied with their quality and cost. She knew if we chose that house she would not receive commission, but did it anyway because she just wanted our family to be in the house that we desired. Ilene was such an easy person to work with and was VERY accommodating. She went to see a ton of houses with me, which is incredible because all of my choices were up near Milwaukee, WI and Ilene is from Illinois. Once I found a house, she made it so clear what I needed to provide, it was impossible to mess up. This is key for a first time home buyer like myself. I could not have picked a better realtor for my first home purchase!
