Ilene helped the reviewer buy this property

I wish there were more stars to give Ilene!

I wish there were more stars to give Ilene! This is the second time she's helped us with our Real Estate needs. This time it was selling one property and buying another. It was a tough deal due to this being a 1031 Exchange - selling one rental property and buying another. Due to the strict rules and current competitive market in the Phoenix area, the timing is critical. Ilene managed both sides and went above and beyond in handling countless details. I can't say enough good things about her, her work ethic and knowledge. Ilene is a true professional and the Realtor you should use if buying or selling in the Phoenix area. She is unbeatable!!
