Ilene helped my sister and I sell my mother's home after she passed. It was an emotional time and difficult for my sister and I to go through this process. Ilene made everything so easy and simple so we didn't have to think about anything except our mother. She gave us great information on the value of the home, produced a full price offer from a buyer who will live in the home and she made sure the buyer was qualified so the sale closed on time. Where do I even start as the words I write here will fail to adequately convey the tremendous job Ilene did for my husband and I. We contacted Ilene when we knew we’d be relocating from Iowa so from the start she was faced with that extra challenge since we were not familiar with Arizona.
