It was not easy visiting condos via FaceTime but we knew that we could trust Ilene. She was honest when she would be visiting condos, and knew that this one was not for us. As first time Canadian buyers, there are many things to consider when buying, but also once the the sale is done. Ilene, is not in it just for the commission. She guided us from the beginning to the end, and even helped us with who to contact for electrical (FPL), water, alarm security, and HOA. She even referred us insurance contacts, and contractors for stuff we needed to do.
