She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help. I appreciated her quick responses to my questions and all her assistance. Illiana made this sale very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend her, and I would use her again.
