I have known Ileana for many years and this is the 4th or 5th time I have used her services to represent me in the sale or purchase of a home. Most recently, Ileana and her teammate, Andrea Campos, sold my La Verne home in the Marshall Canyon area, proving themselves to be top-notch agents. They went above and beyond that which anyone would normally expect of a real estate agent and found the right buyer for my home. I will also say that I did not initially use Ileana and Andrea, thinking a "local" realtor could better represent our home. WRONG! After 4 months wasted with another, lesser realtor, I signed with Ileana who got the job done. Ileana and Andrea are more than competent, professional and result oriented. They are diligent and compassionate, tuned in to the needs of their client. I will admit that I can be demanding, unreasonable and a bear at times and they handled me graciously and courteously at all times. For me, it is "lesson learned"; I will not look to anyone else to handle my real estate needs in the future...and I heartily recommend Ileana and Andrea to anyone seeking a realtor with integrity.
