Ileana Lee

Ileana is simply the best!! She is a consummate professional and is in tune with the real estate market. I met her over a year ago and was not ready to sell my home but when I was ready to sell - she was my first and only choice. Based on our initial meeting I had very high expectations which she far exceeded. She proved to be smart, conscientious, and resourceful. Ileana was always available to answer questions or show up at the condo to coordinate repairs when I was traveling. My beloved condo had been tenant occupied for a few years so we encountered a few unknowns when we first listed my unit. In addition to dealing with pissed off tenants (because they would have to move when the unit sold), I also discovered a few unknown maintenance issues. Ileana worked around my tenant’s schedules and maintained her professionalism and overall great attitude throughout the sales process; and she was armed with solutions whenever an unforeseen issue arose. She was always on top of things and kept me informed but did not bother me with unnecessary details. Due to a few unknowns, my condo was on the market a bit longer than expected but she never suggested that we lower the price. She priced it right from the beginning and it sold at full asking price. I would highly recommend Ileana to anyone that is selling their home.

Ileana helped us get through an emotional time letting go of our beloved house by ensuring us it was in capable hands. And that it was...from the help she provided us by prepping the house the right way to the extra touches at the open houses, she was definitely "hands on" when we couldn't be there. Putting away clutter, skimming the pool, being our facilitator and communicator and marketing the home in every way possible resulted in a buyer within one week, even with a fair amount of competing homes out there. She really had her job cut out for her in terms of dealing with two owners that are now living in two different cities and time zones. But her communication was excellent and she made herself available no matter what time zone what the rest of us were in. We literally could not have done this without her!
