We had a wonderful experience working with Pam to sell my husband’s grandmothers home. From beginning to end, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and reliable. She was there for every showing, inspection, and walkthrough, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. In doing so, it made us all the more comfortable for when we were unable to be there for a few showings. Nana knew that if Pam wasn’t there, not to open the door. I appreciate her dedication for ensuring ours as well as Nana’s safety. Pam really understood what we needed and handled everything with care and professionalism. Pamela is amazing her knowledge and expertise is exceptional. From start to finish when we began the paperwork, to taking pictures of the home for listing till the walk-through on closing day. Every T was crossed and every I was dotted couldn’t ask for anything more. She was always available for questions and or concerns and made sure we got the best available for our sale.

When looking for my first home, I had tried out several agents and was very disappointment with their level of service. As a result, I opted to go through the process of buying a home without an agent. I approached Pamela about viewing a property that she had listed. She was very receptive in letting me see the property without an agent. Upon meeting her, I immediately recognized that she was incredibly professional and competent. I ultimately made an offer on the property which was accepted. Although, she represented the sellers, throughout the purchase process, she was generous in sharing her knowledge and expertise gained from her many years as an agent on Staten Island. She has a great personality, is incredibly organized and has very good people skills. I strongly recommend Pamela to anyone seeking a highly skilled and trustworthy agent.
