I would do it again...
When we were looking from homes, stuff was flying off the market as fast as it came on, he was able to get top dollar for the house I sold and was patient with showing us many options and never giving up and listening to his clients, not trying to influence the client with his taste/ideas in homes, but willing to provide open and constructive feedback to make sure the client did understand what was driving their interest, asking those questions and putting them on a scale to help the decision process.
