Ignacio Sánchez is an agent who accommodates to the clients needs and goals. He always starts off asking the goals and interest you have in buying your home. Once he knows what you want he focuses on making sure he complies with what you asked for. In our case we needed to move out of the place we lived in asap there for we took the 50/50 role in looking for a home. He would send us homes and we would go see them or if we saw a home we liked we would let him know and so forth. We were in constant communication. We are satisfied with his services and he is a person you can comfy on. He is 100% dedicated to you but the buyer also has to be part of that process and buy in. Like mentioned before hand it all has to do with your personal needs how fast you want want your home and what type of home you would like. We obtained the home we were looking for due to Ignacio’s constant communication and us as buyers as well. I 100% recommend him.
