Ifrah is a very personable person. She is very hard working, very reliable broker and she can be contacted easily and not hard to get when you have problems or questions. She listed our condo in a high rise on Wilshire Blvd. and sold then unit in about a month. We had a large difference in the offering price and the price we wanted. She was able to make both parties come to a compromised price which ultimately resulted in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Ifrah.

When my Mom died, I dreaded the process of cleaning out her place and selling it. It was in terrible shape to say the least. Ifrah helped me every step of the way. She was able to use the furniture that was there in creative ways and saved having to pay to have it staged. She found a buyer right away for more than I imagined the condo could ever sell for. She worked extremely hard at the innumerable tasks that go into preparing a place that had been lived in and never upgraded for many decades for sale.
