Ife and their team are a true dream to work with. They were responsive to our questions and concerns when it came to both buying a new home and selling our current home. With regards to buying a home, after a 20 minute initial conversation and the first three homes, Ife and their team knew exactly the kind of houses we wanted to see. It made the process so much easier, because we knew each home we visited was worth a look. Ife kept up up to date during the process once we were under contract and was negotiating for us up through closing. I cannot recommend Ife and their team enough if you’re in the greater Philly area.

When we went under contract, Ife's connections for conveyancing, inspections, title work, insurance, etc., made the process smooth and relatively calm for a 30-day close. We highly recommend them!
