From listing to closing Ida was right on the money. There were many showings and it was very informative for us as sellers to get the reviews from the shoppers regularly. As far as market knowledge, Ida was very much keeping us updated with current offers and listings in order that we could stay a head of the game. She really worked hard for us. On more of a personal note our mother who's condo was being sold, really enjoyed her time with Ida, and considers her a valued friend. In some way I can't help to believe she is going to miss the regular contact with her.
