I was delighted to see Iben Wilson's support of the Davis nonprofit Davis Musical Theater Co. Support for our non-profits is so important, and Iben's choice to support DMTC with a donation influenced my decision to contact her about the property sale. Iben Wilson was very organized, punctual, and relaxed. She didn't seem like she needed the sale. She seemed like she really wanted to help us out. She definitely put the work and resources into selling it fast and for the right price. She took a personal interest in our reasons for selling, and she never pressured us in any way. She was able to be reached at all times and communicated all stages of the process very clearly. Iben Wilson surpassed our expectations. Everything about the sale was smooth and relaxed. Iben worked hard to get us into a house we will love for many years. She negotiated all aspects of both deals diligently. We went from just looking at what homes were out there to making an offer, getting our offer accepted in just a few short days. Then she had a buyer on our house just a couple days after we listed it. The whole process from listing to closing was close to a little over 30 days! She had every issue that came up with our home condition addressed, solved and worked out immediately with great communication. Couldn't have had a tighter fitting schedule, but she made it work on our terms. The whole process was extremely stressful due to our home not being ready because it was a last minute sale, but in the end everything went literally perfect as far as timelines go.
