I met Ibelle at an open house she was hosting for the condo next door to mine. I would soon be listing my unit and went over to see "the competition". Ibelle was totally gracious, showing me around and giving me details all while knowing I wasn't buying. When I was ready to list she promptly returned my call and came armed with a wealth of information regarding comparable properties. She quickly scheduled a photographer ( whose photos made my unit look better than others for sale) and an open house. We had an accepted offer right away and Ibelle was helpful through the entire process; she communicated with my attorney and the buyer, answered all my questions, kept me posted on details and never dropped the ball. On top of everything, she is extremely pleasant. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again.
