My husband and I worked with Ian to purchase our first home in December 2020. Ian is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He was intentional in breaking down all of the real estate jargon and processes in a way that was more easily understood by my husband and I. He advocated for us on our first offer to ensure that the inspection was executed at the level that was needed for the older, charming home (that needed a lot of work). Ultimately, due to his advocacy and guidance, we discovered (and the home owner discovered) that there were major structural issues with the home. We were able to make an informed decision that the older, charming home was not the right fit for us at that time. A month later we put in an offer on what became our new home.
