Although when we initially met in 2023 to discuss putting my cousin’s home on the market, Ian was never “pushy” to get it on the market by a certain date. He was patient, confident that it would sell, and carefully explained to me the pros and cons of the offers. I had talked to other realtors before meeting Ian. I am thankful that I selected him.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, like even when the mortgage company wasn't being communicative he would take the step and reach out to them.
