When we visited a home, Ian was thorough during the walk-thru, pointing out things a home inspector might find, and even went as far as investigating crawl spaces for potential issues. He was objective, showing both the pros...AND cons of the home. He was consistently looking up important detailed facts about the home, like the taxes, the insurance, flood zone issues, and HOA. He provided the answer to our many questions. His knowledge of our search areas was encyclopedic and his negotiating skills were exceptional!
