It was a pleasure working with Ian as a first-time buyer. Ian was available to answer any questions I had at most times of the day, was very responsive and communicated thoroughly and promptly. Ian was able to negotiate on my behalf to save me over $15k on purchase price, and he also negotiated over $1k in seller concessions when my new build was delayed. Overall great experience, Ian is very personable. He even gave me a fun housewarming gift, nice touch!

Ian is the Greatest thing since sliced bread. His knowledge of the market in our area is awesome. I was so nervous going into buying a home since it was my first time. When my nerves took over he would calm me down and let me know all was under control. He is very professional and seems to have good relationships with other local Realtors. Ian really did make this the Best home buying experience and now I'm so excited to be living in my new home.

The home buying process with Ian was a pleasant experience. He aided myself and my co-owner in finding a lender and made the process of purchasing a house easy and understanding. He knew exactly what to look for as far as our needs and looked out for us by looking for things that were right or wrong with the home.
