Ian is super badass at what he does, I've bought 2 places and sold 1 with him and get this, my aunt (who I'm close with) is in real estate too. But I still go with Ian for buying and selling. Hell ya. And he's able to teach about the processes and the big fancy legal sounding words like contingency.

Ian is a great advocate for his clients, making sure they find a home that best fits their needs and following up on every detail.
