Working with Ian was a pleasure. He was quick to understand the niche demographic that our property was most likely to be appreciated by. We were able to get right to work in obtaining our objective goals. His ability to improvise in sudden situations was dependable, very easy to communicate and collaborate with in a clear and concise manner. The pool of resources he drew from became quite instrumental in our sale and closing.
We really enjoyed working with Ian for a recent home purchase. He was easy to communicate with, was knowledgeable, and had our interests at heart. Thanks, Ian, for everything!
As investor it is incredible important to have people you can trust on for local real estate knowledge. I have found nobody better to represent me in all my Durham transactions as Ian Kipp
Ian is an expert agent and down to earth. No bs. He took the time to really understand my home and my own situation, made some great suggestions, but also didn't try selling me on a bunch of unnecessary things some agencies/agents try to get you to do. I highly recommend him.
Ian has 19 properties for sale and sold 10 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
