Ian took the time to understand the specifics of the home we wanted beyond just no. of bedrooms and price. He was available 24/7 for questions, viewings, advice, etc. He came to every viewing prepared with intel about the neighborhood and history of the home. I particularly appreciated that Is transparent and would call out the virtues and short-comings of the properties we liked. We weren’t the highest bidders for the home we now own but we presented the most compelling offer - that’s something that your agent brings to the table.
