Great experience!
I had lived in my house for 23 years before selling it. I was concerned with it's current condition. Ian assured me that it was a good house that would be perfect for someone and that it would take about a week to sell. He was spot on! The house sold in 8 days after listing to a wonderful young couple that wanted to make it their own. They had no problem with the condition and saw the potential just as Ian had said. Ian answered every question I had during the process and understood my personal connection I had to my old house. He was fantastic!
