Ian Davidson

Ian and Lauren have helped me through the most difficult and complicated times. Through my dad‘s passing, and my mom being placed in a nursing home. I live in Washington state annd was unable to leave and take care of these matters myself. Ian and Lauren handled all difficulties through long distance while always keeping me informed. They took care of all the paperwork, and hired all people needed to do the repairs. They efficiently solved all problems and issues for two different homes at two different times. They did the most wonderful job and I think them both.

Selling a house is stressful enough. Add on the stresses of a death in the family while taking care of an elderly parent during this. Ian made sure to keep this process stress free. I can't thank him enough! House sold!

I worked with Ian on an estate where the relatives did not live nearby. Ian went out of his way to help in any way needed to get the home cleaned out and ready to sell. Couldn't have done it without him.

My wife and I needed to quickly buy a home in Ian's area. He knows his community so well that he had five homes in our price range for us to see and consider one day after our initial contact. Four days later we had an agreement to buy our favorite of the five he showed us. During the closing process there were a couple of snags which we had not experienced before. In each case Ian explained exactly how the process was going to play out in a calm and soothing manner which put our anxieties at ease. He helped during and after our closing, going the extra mile by not only answering our questions, but also by physically helping us with some of our moving chores. Of the seven realtors I have worked with in my lifetime, he is head and shoulders above the other six, the best by far. Ian is one of my favorite types of people: those who know what to do, how to do it, says he will do it, and then does exactly what he said he would do--a very reliable person and always the perfect gentleman.
