I highly recommend Ian. We are new Philadelphia, had a short window to find a home, and a fairly specific set of search criteria. Ian has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and their building stock. He gamely showed us houses on multiple occasions as we alternated trips down. When we found the right place he made sure the process ran smoothly, including showing up to put up parking posters for the moving truck.

I cannot thank him enough for all his help and support not just during the search, contracting and closing but even after closing with helping me setup the house, moving etc. He has gone well above and beyond his call of duty with utmost professionalism and we are extremely happy working with him.

Ian was great and very patient throughout the process. I was a first time home buyer and Ian did a wonderful job of educating me on the process. There were a lot of items mentioned by Ian that I would have never thought about otherwise. He was also very knowledgeable of all the different neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia. I did not feel any pressure from Ian throughout the process.
