Ian helped us buy our first home recently and did a fabulous job. As first time buyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Ian did a great job educating us around the various nitty gritties and was also extremely patient in answering all out questions (of which we had many) and spent a lot of time showing us at least 20 homes. Ian also knows the market very well. He showed us a few condo properties as investments as he predict it will raise in value in the near future. I had passed on the properties as it was a little small for my family, but the it had definitely gone up in value in such a short amount of time. Think 70k plus in value in 6 months. I'm still kicking myself for not making that investment. In the end, we finally found a home that is the right size, right price, within a really good school district for our child. Ian even help craft a cover letter to the seller, which I believe help convince the seller to take our offer over others. I highly recommend Ian when buying a home and we will definitely reach out to Ian again if we need to sell our home or to buy another one.
