We had been looking for a home for our young family for 2-3 years, mostly using real estate listings apps and websites on our own. Once we started working with Ian, we immediately saw the benefit of working with a knowledgeable realtor. Ian brought tons of local knowledge to help guide our decision and had the right contacts to help us throughout the process (e.g. contractor, designer, lawyer, etc...). After working with many realtors in Miami that lacked strong work ethics and professionalism, Ian was a breath of fresh air. We have now been in our new home for 3 months and we are extremely happy with it. Thanks to Ian, we have found a home that is a perfect match for our family.
