Ian Broadie

I wanted to take a moment to write about our experience with Ian Broadie as our real estate agent. I should start by saying I almost never write reviews unless I'm totally blown away by something. Ian helped us buy our first home in 2016 and also sale that home when we unexpectedly had to move a few years later. He was very helpful and responsive with every question we threw at him (which seemed like a lot since both buying and selling were new experiences to us). When speaking to him he always listened intently and genuinely cared about our concerns or questions. We ended up having multiple offers on our home and Ian knew exactly the route to take to get us the best offer. He was very knowledgeable and I am still, months later, blown away by the outcome. We ended up getting such an incredible offer that wouldn't have happened without Ian's knowledge and guidance. Ian takes a modern approach to real estate. He used cinematic videography, drones for the photos and video, and also used social media to increase exposure. He is evolving with the times and I think that is what makes him unique in the industry. You can tell real estate is his passion and in his bones. I would absolutely recommend Ian if you are in need of a real estate agent!

I was referred to Ian by a good friend (and real estate agent) in the Seattle area. As a first time home buyer I had little knowledge of the process, a ton of questions, and working with Ian was terrific. Lastly, Ian was patient and understanding of our financial limitations combined with our desire to get our dream house. He spent over a year showing us homes, never becoming pushy or frustrated that his time wasn’t being compensated with a closing.
