Who would have thought that in less than 8 weeks we would have: (1) found our dream home (2) purchased it for under the listed price (3) gotten our house ready to put on the market after living in it for 16 years (4) listed the house and have it under contract in less than 48 hours and (5) closed on our old home above asking price?? Oh wait….all during a global pandemic nonetheless! None of this could have happened without Hyla Feder from HomeSmart Realty Group. We had the pleasure and great fortune of working with Hyla on the purchase our new home as well as the sale of our old home. It’s going to be hard to capture all of her amazing qualities, but I will try my best. Most importantly, Hyla is the ultimate professional. She was very thorough when it came to the safety issues of the house, managing to get money taken off the price due to some things that needed to be fixed.
