We met Hume through a personal reference. Hume is very knowledgeable about market timing, neighborhoods and construction. He was able to find major issues in houses that I would have definitely put an offer on if it wasn't for his input. He was very responsive and flexible. He has a no pressure approach. We ended up spending ~$25k less on an investment property because of his input. He helped us purchase an investment property and place a good tenant 2 weeks after we closed.
