Humberto helped the reviewer buy this property

THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE WAS CHOOSING HUMBERTO PEREZ TO REPRESENT ME AS MY AGENT!!!

Humberto Perez is an experienced realtor with a wealth of knowledge. He used that knowledge to direct me toward the builder that provided the home of my dreams! He also knows lenders that gave the best offer and served my best interest. When visiting properties, Mr. Perez pointed out things to look for and helped me see the worth in every property. He was not pushy, but always gave me the accurate information I needed to make informed decisions. After going under contract, Mr. Perez’s knowledge was used to negotiate deals with the inspection, appraisal, and HOA community to mitigate any issues and quickly find solutions. The guidance that he provided allowed us to negotiate $55k off the sale price of the home, while the same home was later appraised for $68k over the final price that I paid!! INSANE!! Mr. Perez professionalism is TOP NOTCH, and I will definitely work with him again in the future!
