Maira was a life-saver for me. I inherited a single-family home from my father that was in bad need of maintenance and repair. I didn’t know what to do. The maintenance costs and monthly expenses were unsustainable and I risked expensive repair costs should the property continue to deteriorate. After several viewings, our family gave up looking for houses since the inventory was very low and most of the houses were selling above asking price; however, she was able to put us back on track and regain confidence in the market.
