Brett Hultberg is a native of New Mexico and has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He is licensed in both New Mexico and Arizona. Over the years, he has consistently been a top agent in the industry. Bretts track record speaks for itself, as the majority of his business has been repeat clients and referrals.
Bretts accomplishments in real estate are lengthy, and include being recognized as a top sales agent for many years, often ranking in the top 5%. Bretts wife, Josie, owns Southwest 3D tours, a virtual tour business in Santa Fe, NM. They have two dogs, Luey and Jax. In their free time they enjoy traveling, hiking, competing in obstacle races, and other activities in the beautiful backcountry.
Danielle Burgess was awarded Top New Broker when she began her real estate career in 2014. Paying great attention to detail and the needs of her clients, she guides them step-by-step through transactions, while creating lasting relationships. With an appreciation for the artistic, cultural, and educational aspects so unique and abundant to Santa Fe, and with a family of her own, Danielle understands what is most important when helping find the perfect home and/or investment for her clients.
Danielle grew up in Oklahoma, served as a Sales Associate in her family's real estate business, and finds gratification helping people with home ownership in Santa Fe.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, Danielle and her husband, Nocona, moved to Santa Fe and have been residents for over 22 years. They have a son, Quahada, and pup Jasper. Danielle and Nocona are very active in the Native Arts community, and contribute to many local organizations, such as Wheelwright Museum, SWAIA, Santa Fe Indigenous Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Danielles husband, Nocona Burgess, is a well-known Native American Artist, and also a member of the staff at Santa Fe Public Schools.
In 2019 Brett and Danielle started SANTA FE KICKS. The purpose of Santa Fe Kicks is to help those in need. Each year, for every property sold by The Hultberg & Burgess Team, they donate a new pair of shoes. Since starting Santa Fe Kicks in 2019 they have donated 113 pairs of shoes. Brett and Danielle look forward to giving back for many more years through their program, SANTA FE KICKS.
